Even if TweetDeck is out on iphone/iTouch, it is still in beta version and Twitterrific is still the king.

This week we are going to review Twitterrific the most famous Twitter client available in both free and premium version.

after tapping on the app icon a splash screen will appear while Twitterrific loads and on the first run you will be asked to enter as usual your twitter ID and password to login into the Twitter network with your account, otherwise you can create a Twitter account or even start Twitterrific without an account.

Once logged into you can choose to have a look at the Twitter Public Timeline or your personal Timeline, or do a search, or choose a current Twitter trend.

Tapping on your account timeline, as most Twitter clients do, you will be prompted with your mainstream screen showing all your friends posts.

In the lower part of the screen you have 4 icons that you can use to refresh the timeline, send a tweet, do more actions (retweet, get info about the author, etc.) and filter the tweets (replies, direct messages, etc.).

Writing a tweet is easy and can be done with both the full text writing screen shown or with a reduced and handy version.

Twitterrific offers a great variety of settings to fully customize the app and the external seervices used:

Among settings you can also find the one to change the app theme that can be very handy to help in different lighting conditions.

Twitterrific Premium is a real killer application, as previously said TweetDeck has recently released an iPhone version but it is

still too beta to be seriously used.

Twitterrific is also fast and simple to use, its UI is still one of the best around even if IconFactory team will have to work

hard in the next months to keep the leadership.
